The new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into effect from 25th May 2018. The biggest change in data protection laws for 20 years. This page explains how we collect your data and what we do with it.

La Boule Rouge never request its users for personal information (name, address, e-mail, status...). However when placing an order, you'll need to create your account and hence to give us some information on your company.

La Boule Rouge informs you that these information are solely used by La Boule Rouge. We are responsible for their process and preservation. These information/data will not be given to other companies except carriers for your order to be delivered. These companies are bound not to use them in any other manner but the one intended for (ie : getting your parcel to you !)

La Boule Rouge wishes to mention that some information which are not personnal and not allowing for your identificaiton can be recorded by our internet server (web browser, IP address...).

These are cookies which record information related to your  browsing on our website (pages seen, date and time, etc.) which we could read on your next visits.
